This is another shawl knit-along I am working on with a Yahoo group which is moderated by Agnes Argan. It is her design for the Geometric Faroese Shawl and she posts another part of the pattern at somewhat regular intervals. I am quite far behind right now as 5 clues have been posted and I have just gotten started on clue 2, but I am progressing at a steady pace. I am using a dark green fingering weight yarn with 3.25 mm. needles. I think the pattern is quite lovely so far and I am enjoying knitting this shawl. This style of shawl is one of my favourites as it is so easy to wear.

Joanne, this shawl is such a lovely design, is it really formed to lie on your shoulders or is this just part of it.

Thanks Linda, it is a joy to knit and is sometimes a bit of a challenge. Yes the shawl sits nicely on the shoulders because of the back panel and the triangular side panels. This pattern is diferent from others I've done and keeps changing.
